Team building Day at the Inspired Gourmet Cookery School


The team put their culinary skills to the test and our lovely boss treated us to a lesson at a fantastic Cookery School to say thank you for all our hard work.

Our menu consisted of:Twice baked goat’s cheese soufflé, Beetroot chutney Poached supreme of chicken filled with a mushroom mousseline, leek and grain mustard cream

Strawberry Terrine, black olive caramel, Vanilla Ice Cream

Mmm, Yummy!
